We at K16 are a team of highly passionate operatives from within the construction industry brought together to promote and support the mental health and wellbeing of our colleagues on the ground.
We believe that each and every individual on the front line of their respected industry should be given the opportunity to voice their feelings, thoughts and concerns in confidence.
We recognise and understand that each operative is unique and that there is not a “one size fits all” solution to their mental health and wellbeing concerns. We are here to assist each operative to the best of our ability.
